My Return & Refund Policy
If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
• Proof of purchase.
• Some items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
To start a return, email me at lisa@paperandcloud.co with your order details. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns on:
• Lit candles
• Perfumes
• Essential oils
• Balms
• Custom or personalized products
• Sale items
• Gift cards
Refunds
Once I receive your item, I will process the refund to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If I sent you the wrong item or it arrived damaged, I’ll cover return shipping.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email me within 14 days, and I’ll send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
